Lunch at the library

The nice thing about living and working downtown is the closeness of numerous restaurants. It certainly influenced our decision on whether to live in the heart of the city or out in the suburbs. Yesterday, Chris took me out to lunch at the National Library (photo above). They have a nice cozy, small cafeteria style restaurant (photo below). Limited menu, but the prices are some of the cheapest in town. We both had nice salads while we discussed our future plans as well as how good life was right now for our daughter who is back in Maryland. A huge "THANKS" goes out to Chris' cousin's family for all their support! And of course, we are so very proud of our daughter's accomplishments and determination. We wish her all the best in her culinary pursuits!
