new companion. Seems like he spends more
time at our house, than his own. But that's OK!
Since Frannie's passing we have been animal-less.
He has a great demeanor and we think Jack is a
Shepard/Husky mix. Right now he is laying on the
dining room floor taking a nap, one of the few
moments he is actually still. We think he is between
1 and 2 years old, but have yet to have a long chat
with his parents who live up the hill from us.
We really enjoy his company, so we have a
steady supply of dog biscuits on hand. Nothing
wrong with that, says "Jack".
The other day I was in the kitchen preparing
some scrambled eggs, when I hear Chris
yell for the camera. "Quickly", she says.
Well, here's what all the commotion was about.
A gang of wild turkeys came strolling through
our front yard. Cool stuff!
The other day we took a ride across the valley
to see our house from the other side. What
you see here is a series of shots, starting from
a broad view of the horizon down to our
house nestled in the fall foliage.
